Im just about to order some silicone hose, the intercooler link pipes are 44 mm and the intercooler inlets are 46mm

with a bit of a push the 45mm silicon hose can fit over a 50mm spigot, so 1 or 2mm is no problem at all |

yup, no problems at all. they close up quite well, i used 50mm hose on 46mm pipe for a while and it was fine. |
