My dads farm got done over last night.

From my dads description - going off the tyre tracks, they had a 7.5tonner, probably with a hiab.

Missing are several landrover engines and transmissions, other engines, several frames / fixtures, the remains of a 7.5tonner tipping bed that had been cut into 4 pieces previously, and a few other things.

But worse of all - my 'stash' of A-series motors, that (I think) was seven 1275 and two 998 motors (all but one which were 'fully dressed') have also gone.

To say I am pissed off is an understatement. I am seriously, 100%fucking pissed. Yet another reminder why I left the UK.

pikies do not care, they ram raided a BT yard I was working at the other week, had a load a cable away, hiab job!

Also up by my birds they dug up the cable powering the reptile house at the local zoo, they had to replace the cable or the animals would die. They did and the wankers had it away a few days later.

The engineuity/effort?barefaced cheek (spelling?) of pikeys on the rob NEVER ceaces to amaze me.

I guy i know was working for the council sourting out drainage and ameanetys for a pikey site near basildon, did the fact that the work would benifit these people stop them from cutting down 6 8" dia reincorced concreate pillars to get their vans into the site?

At my Dad's building site they had 8 grand worth of cement mixers nicked by the "traveling community". On the other site some resident "spieds" as we call them, stole a tipper and bounced it off a dozen or so parked cars. All the time the builders have to pay "protection money" (extortion money) to the local RA or "The Boys". What's the world coming to?

Sorry to hear about the loss of your A series stash. Really nasty that is. I had my 33/29mm valved 295 head nicked along with some spare blocks, an NA MG head and some boxes. Kinda need that stuff now!

I hate pikeys, we had our old race transporter done over the year before last. Ripped all the belly locker doors off, which were unlocked, smashed the window, stole the cd player and drained the diesel. And the old bill do nothing about it.

Sorry about this Dave. I come from a farm as well, and come to think of it, its EASY to steal anything from there at night to be honest. A wake up call it is... However Norway is a bit better though..

Well, my mother has just called me up - because my father was too upset to...

They've broken the (repaired) gate down again, and have taken my (or rather what I left for my father) 4-wheel flatbed trailer. They did this in the space of an hour, as he has been getting up every hour and walking round to check the place over.

I am now a little concerned - and for his safety.

I've suggested that he makes a sign and props it up in the middle of the drive - stating this:
Trespassers will be shot on site and evidence buried inside of 10 minutes with the aid of a JCB. You have been warned.

I figure this is the only language pikeys understand.
