Sold the turbo and seeing what the C20XE can do!

Near Lincoln

I bought one of these as its advertised with the right certs etc.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...77839&rd=1&rd=1

It came (eventually!! - Their feedback is right, you dont hear anything for ages then it just arrives in my case 4 weeks later) and i cant see any stickers on it at all.

I'm just wondering where i should be looking really, the ones i've seen are normally on the back. Do they put them inside or anything? Or do i need to take it up with the company?

Apart from that its a nice helmet, with a nice bag.

With the helmets I've owned, the certs are printed onto the hard foam underneath the lining inside the helmet. You can usually just move the lining around a bit to see the cert.

the BS kite mark should be on a hologram type sticker on the outside of the lid at the side or the rear. pending on what sport u r doing depends on what category lid u need *wink* stickers can be bought though *wink* *wink* *wink* (but the sticker dont save ure heed)

My helmet has the BS sticker on the outside.

I hope you find it, as it's pretty useless without it!

thats the type of approval. there is snell 2000 and 2005, i'm guessing its when each update to it came.

it was made 01/07

Just tried it on and its a really nice helmet, fit is spot on, good viewing and seems pretty cool.

Here on my new lid is the kite mark stating class A, i am not sure of snell markings.

Then you have to purchase off the scrutineers an MSA year sticker, a new one each year for about £2.Pictured on my old blue lid to the left of the kite mark sticker.

And my new lid. A bike lid, very good quality item.

Best thing about the BS spec. helmets is that they are VAT free.

The Snell spec. helmets have VAT on them.
