Just been answering a question about oil returns and thought the reply may be of use.

I think i have a load of BSP fittings that sort of fit but it's not quite the correct thread. I'm not sure what it is. I'm trying to get into using flanged oil returns. These are easier to fabricate a part for. the fixing on the turbo is like a diamond with the centre large hole being for oil and 2 small ones, 1 either side that are threaded for a bolt. There is a groove around the oil hole to seal it. All you have to make make it a steal plate that matches this and weld on your bent tube. As you dont have the threaded adapter taking up vertical space its easier to get a nice unrestricted assembly that matches the posistion of the oil return in the block (fuel pump hole)
