Anyone got any tips to fit the bootlid seal?

Its got those anoying clips to hold it down that tend to just twist round all the time. Not sure if its would be easier to remove the clips (if they come out in one piece), or if there is some "trick" to doing it?

dont bother with that seal

get a later on that clips onto the shell, far superior

ditto, just done this on mine. much easier and gives a good seal

Same here, always use the late seal on a Mk3 on...

Huh, mines a Mk4...It should have the later type anyway then?

Will that seal cover the holes left by the clips?
