have been looking into this as need one for my carb as its leaking, you dont get the right one in the total rebuild kits which is of no use to any one, been looking at the burlen site and on there exploded diagram of the carb it shows the seal to be used as one you use on the n/a model

I've always used a throttle spindle seal there. On 17th Nov, 2014 Tom Fenton said:

Throttle spindle seals are the same for na and turbo, you just put them on in different orientations On 17th Nov, 2014 Tom Fenton said:

you dont get these in the kit the one on the left which is the one i need for my carb

nogmiester , i dont know if it helps , but i used a rebuild kit from avonbar for the turbo carb and the seals for the choke were fine ,.

Years ago the kits included both seals for throttle shaft as well as choke. BTW, part 44 is the plastic cap and part 43 is the seal. |

Bought choke & float chamber seals from Burlen no probs...not fitted yet, but will let you know On 19th Jan, 2010 wil_h said:
