Y oh Y
do these things get in the way of building cars !

No progress last week at all ....

Engine still in ,

No cooling
No Electrics
NoIntercooler
No Exhaust

So close yet so Far

Still Sat and Sun ... I will be flat out on the project ; I wanna her it start up this weekend .... Will keep you posted if anyone is interested

*frown* yeah im having the same problems b12, the hot weather were having at the mo is'nt helping either. Instead of getting on with the mini my spare time has been spent near a bbq drinking lager *tongue* Yes let us know how u get on *smiley*

This will be the biggest problem to overcome doing such a project, I will keep on bbqing and doing lager until I find a easy way out.

Same prob - not a lot to do on the car just finishing touches and tweaking but on hols this week.
Days out and DIY means I can't even get the cover off the car!!!!
I could do with a clone

My girlfriend has started to realise that the mini comes first and is the no1 thing! I do get alot of stick for working on it and not seeing her.

Sold the turbo and seeing what the C20XE can do!

Fortunately my gf works shifts and some weekends so im ok. Good job really! She comes along to the odd show etc so its not that bad. She was getting a bit bored at york by the end of the day but i made her stick it out till the end!

9 valves, 4 wheel drive, 3 cylinders, 1 turbo, which got nicked

lol iain, my girlfriend made me miss Steve's alfa mini because she decided to throw me on the grass down the enbankment when she got bored!
