if your worried then fit the crome strip or even a black rubber strip. this would make it slightly wider.
but i wouldnt of thought you will have any proplems with that.

It wont even be considered in an MOT, but who gives a toss if its legal, as long as it looks good.
Paul

I seriously doubt it!

If you come to Cheltenham you'll be nicked for that!!!!!!!!!! I mean car impounded and everything!!!!!!

To be fair I've run worse (before I lived here) but now I'd not consider it!!!

Depends where you are in the country and what mood plod is in ..... no consistency .... a big problem with "law" enforcement.

Every day is a school day ...........

How fast and how expensive ...... the same question...

I am affraid ignorance is not an excuse.

Around my way you'd loose the car until such time as it can be made legal and a test arranged :(

I once got a producer for having a dirty number plate, had to get that signed off by an MOT station or else I'd have had 3 points for driving an un road worthy car (they said rear number plate cleanliness is essential for visability of the vehical as it's the first thing people following you notice .... more likely they were worried a speed camera may not make out the number). I told them I had just been sat in the car for 3 hours on a trip back from London through traffic and bad weather and the plate was clean when I got into the car .... they wouldn't have it!!!!!

If you need arches or wider arches just fit them ......

Too my eyes it looks like a half job if the arches and wheels don't match .. in either direction.
