Yes me again,
I keep you all busy with my dumb Questions *tongue*
Anyway. zzzz
Ive taken my brake master cylinder out today, and was just inspecting it.
I want to repaint it.
But as i took the bottom rubber thing off, it's all rusty and crappy
:(
Would that mean ill have to get a new one, or just clean it up etc.
Here's a picture.

What shall i do.
Thanks again ppl

Although that would probably clean up ok, I suspect it indicates that the master cylinder is past its best.

Have a go at cleaning it first as new ones are around £100, and the repair kits are a bugger by all accounts.
