As the title says? Before I take the sub frames off I'd like to know if I have chance in hell of moving the shell around the workshop, baring in mind that I am probably the smallest, lightest, weakest TM member and my old man makes my lock like Geoff Capes.

get some bread trolleys from the back of your local supermarket, theyre always left unnattended, and make perfect platforms for rolling your shell around the garage

They are not heavy. I have just taken one off the subframes. It has no iterior and no front end, but with a jack and a bit of shoving I got it on a trollly with castors and it moves round fine.

Rob,

I loaded Candice's shell onto my trailer on my own ..... wouldn't want to get it off on my own though.

Look for CDT5 Dolly Truck Platform in Machine Mart (pg322 in current cat). At £35 it'll do the job as it's broad enough.

My chassis jig is on wheels if that'll help you or are you wanting it NOW ....

Every day is a school day ...........

How fast and how expensive ...... the same question...
