I started stripping my engine down to paint the other weekend and I discovered that to take the turbo off along with the manifold I would have to remove this pipe that connects on to the top of the turbo/manifold.

It is indeed the oil feed, not sure what you mean by adjusting it? You can buy braided turbo oil feed hoses from all over the place to replace that pipe.

james it looks like to me buddy that every gasket and oil seal needs changing

are you going for a full rebuild ? Erm, i wasn't going to go for a full rebuild as the engine was running fine before it came out of the car apart from the fact it was running a bit rich. I was just gonna replace all the seals and gaskets then rebuild the carb and see what happens.
