Hi has anyone got a spare good condition metro turbo crownwheel I could buy from them? (61 teeth I think) because one of the teeth on mine is slightly chipped.

ill try and post a pic later tonight, I was going to try and describe it but that would be more than difficult. Is there anywhere these can be bought new if noone can help me out?

i askes the same question a week or 2 ago.
there is nothing wrong with a A-series that a turbo can't fix.

Dremel possibly a bit harsh, I'd use either a very fine file or some emery to just remove any sharp edges and then leave it at that.

No problem using that ... just dress it as has been stated. I have used a sanding drum in a Dremel before now but go gently with it, all you want to do is clean up the burrs, any loose bits and remove any stress risers. Every day is a school day ...........

I can send you a diamond needle file if its a bit hard to file with a normal one.
