any one come up with a viable solution to this just had this happen to me (luckly no damage) was torqued down right but still worked loose

dont torque it down tighten it FT, lol

no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

I agree with Carl .... tighten it till the spanner breaks .... get another stronger spanner and give it a 1/4 turn more

Never come across these coming loose. Do them FT, (torque setting = shear and back a flat)
