There will be someone along don't worry. If you can be bothered forking out the £35 for a cone compressor it really is an easy job. I did it and that was partly without the use of a compressor. The annoying bit for me was getting the pin out of the top arm, on the drivers side theres a brake union in the way but if I can do it so can you. Getting them in is easy as you can shorten the hilo to get it in. Getting the cups out of the top arm was OK for me but can give trouble, nothing a blow torch won't fix. On 7th Nov, 2008 Nic said:

Im just affraid I might start something I cant finish and then the car will be stuck in my garage I was quoted £100 from a garage near me that are suppose to be good with minis! |

I would suggest maybe getting liberal with the WD40 the night before help arives (or before you do it yourself). I didn't need too, the rear trumpets and cones came out OK but hey it won't hurt! On 7th Nov, 2008 Nic said:
