Its the best option i reckon for big power and easy injection.

The RS cams are more suited to NA versions i believe but i think there is some confusion so dont hold me to that.

My next engine will certainly be sporting a K head!

1100 cams were all the same weren't they?

Basically - measure the lift by zero-ing your digi-calipers on the base circle dia then measuring across the lobe. If it's around 7mm it's the short-duration cams, if it's 8.5somet mm it's the longer-duration cams.

The 1100 heads all had 256 degree cams with 8.8mm of lift. Its the late k100rs heads which i understand to have the 10mm lift cams and 286 degrees.

hey wolfie im definitely interested in the head as i would like to use a 16v on my N/A engine rather than the 8v head ive got. does it come with throttle bodies and fuel rail etc??
