Hey,

Some of you may know me from TMF or Finity. if not my name is Tomm and i am from the south east and i libve in west kent. I own two projects one being a deseamed stripped k-series project which i now have to saddly sell and my other car is a 1985 roundnose. I have a metro turbo which has really had it (like them all i suppose) and i am hoping to give it a rebore and get a nice decent amount of power out of it but i have no certain plans yet. I just joined up on here as it seems a very good source of info!

Erm ayway a bit about me erm, I have applied for a apprentership with Merc for body work preperation and spraying as i hope to open up my own body shop in the future and it seems a great way to gain some exsperiance! In my spare time i likw to take my girlfriend out and when im not at work i also ride BMX and trials competitively and i am often at evoloution if any of you ride there!

Hope to meet a fair few of you on here and i guess this site will be a great help!

Trials is very popular with MIni owners hey! I remeber reading about a bloke that rode a ashton. owned a pretty nice pickup anyone remeber him?

But yeh i rode the 20 inch stuff, used to ride a Zoo python. I went to andora a few years back, akk the lads in lycra looked stupid haha. At the moment i have a very stong erduge to buy a BMX and learn to backflip, its ever so tempting haha.

I will keep you all posted on the car situation, is there anywhere on here where i can document my engine rebuild?

welcome mate, never did the trials (am too dumb) but did a fair bit down hilling, then onto cross country after Dr's recomendations lmao !

MFT, Where id dyou used to ride DH i rode at for wiliam last year and i was a weekender at PORC but again like trials i sold it all up for the mini scene!
