Shropshire.

Hi all, i dont have access to the car tonight and wanted to order some parts.. but i and need the diameter of the plenum to turbo pipe sizes, so the actual plenum pipe and the stubby one that goes to the turbo.

They are about 45mm (measuring the pipe not to the edge of the bead) I use 45mm silicone hose and it fits nice and tight over the bead *wink*

ill be using 2" (50mm) hose and its snug.

cheers chaps im after silcone hose to sort the intercooler i had in my head it was about 2".. anyone used that ZENA RACING stuff? from ebay think you order from hong kong, but its really cheap.

I found 50mm internal piping to be pretty slack, and not very promising for an airtight fit.

45mm i/d however was just the job, fits perfect.

Mark, Ive used that Zena Racing loads and its good stuff, the stuffs usually here in a couple of days which is fantastic considering its from HK

as if there cheaper but just as good theres no point spending the extra cash for a name imo!

its all 3 ply silicon hose, but its wall thickness is a midge's dick less than the samco, but it wount make fa difference in our application.

I've just used zena racing too, they seem ok, i had a boost gauge that was faulty and they sent a replacement without much bother.
