ok anyone know where i can get oil gallery plugs from for A series block ? I have em for A+ but they are different, they do fit, but as the engine 8nt mine iam not 100% confident about using them in case they fail / drop out. The A series ones are the solid brass plug type.

yeah like i say Carl, they are in, and i put a smearing of red hermatite on em prior to fitment, iam just worried that summit goes wrong and it 8nt my engine. its a full works 1430 N/A engine so failure is not an option on any component.

they were snug, i use a socket that fits in (just) then tap em it so the rim of the core plug suts about 1/2mm back from the face of the block, not sure what you mean by stake the edges though ?

Use of a punch to deform the edges to make a mechanical means of keeping it where it should be.
