need help for turbo swap

hi guys i want some help to put a metro turbo in my lovely mini. last month I buy a metro turbo for 500 euros and over pieces like: -turbo downpipe
-two new cylender head gasket
- i buy to jonspeed a decompression plate 9cc
steel have to buy a intercooler for the turbo and i don't found the waste gate . but if someone can tell how to do the swap wothout forget any modification that will be cool . best regard tieeger

and I forget I want to know how much psi can put with the decompression plate in and the intercooler come from a volkswagen sharan its front one and if i can keep the engine with the standard ignition system with the original curve
