_ metro turbo ignition system
_ turbo T3 or T028 with the manifold
_ big bore downpipe with a big bore exhaust tube and a bike silencer from a R1
_ inlet and carb of the metro
_ the brake sytem of the metro and in rear brake i will try to put the mini standard disk
_ metro turbo cam
_ water and oil pump
_ 13 rang oil cooler from a mini cooperS
_front radiotor mont with a additionnal water pump to cooling the head cylender

but for piston i think of over bore my 998 block to put my metro turbo piston???
guys what do you think of it does this seems pretty good ?

put some thought in to what intercooler you are going to run. This can make or brake performance on a good engine.

I also reckon if you are after big power, 998 might not be the way to go. You can build a sorted 1293 bottom end for sensible money and make power much easier.

A water and oil pump is a good idea, you cant put metro turbo pistons in a 998, as ric says you might as well start with a 1275 block.

junk the metro dizzy and go for MegaJolt or similar.

Don't use the Metro Turbo cam .... just the same as a normal metro cam. MG Metro cam is a cheap up grade but a decent aftermarket cam will be required for big numbers.

Every day is a school day ...........

How fast and how expensive ...... the same question...

I suspect that "tieeger" is not from the UK?

Why not fill in your profile?

I also suggest you look at the big yellow book, becuase if you are short on information like fitting big-bore pistons into small-bore blocks, then you have a fair bit of background reading to do first...

Good advice dave. Basically, you're in the right place, all the info you need is here. But do a ton of reading in the FAQ and Beginners Tech sections before planning or buying anything.

I must reckon 998 doesn't seem the best way to go if your goal is ultimate power.

In my opinion, a turbo 998 is more likely to be "as good as" a Stage 3 1275 then would it worth the hassle and expense of going this way ?

A good 998 turbo is much better than a stage 3 1275 IMO, but a 1293 tubo is always goig to make more power.

Use the standard 998 bottom end and pistons on a low boost engine, but if you want a VTec killer then do a propper job.
