is it possible to get a standard 1275 turbo to 120bhp with little mods?!

yes in short but, the drop gears and diff wont last too long

NOT s/c box, diff and drop gears.

If you are very careful with the way to build up the transfer gears, making sure you use the best bearings and shim everything up ok you'll get away with it no problem in my experience.
