Hi does anybody know what the clearance should be in the diff side plate cover bush, because I've just fitted new ones and need to bore them out for the pot joint to fit.

0.002" clearance against the shaft of the pot joint would be grand.

more imprtantly is the clearance the output shaft has with the diff cage and crownwheel bushes.. this should be no more than 0.002"..
