AET Turbos do a superb job too. 9.85 @ 145mph

yes TurboTechnics seems to be very good Best 1/4 mile 13.2 seconds @116 mph

the only thing changed is the thrust bearing. replaces the old 270 degree one with a new 360 degree one

Basically I have a Morspeed turbo challenge engine and a turbo booster head so the turbo needs a recon ,one theres no point in doing half a job and i should be running 15psi.

Yes, they must be balanced.
9.85 @ 145mph

Yes, they must be balanced. But I assume they mean to re-assemble the turbine and compressor wheels in the exact same alignment as they came apart, in which case, balance should remain as it was. The turbine and compressor wheels need balancing once they have been apart (unless you re-assemble the turbines and turbine nut back on the shaft in exactly the same position), theres a few places you can build the turbo yourself and send it off to get it ballanced, costs about £50 iirc

MiniMad69 .... any contacts for doing that as nobody I spoke to wanted to know about balancing a unit they didn't build. Every day is a school day ...........
