1st time at York, what a dive, (only spectating and pit crew for Paul, not competeing) but another good win by the Minis.
So well done to all the mini's there, 'J' my 4yr old loved a great day cheering everybody on even some of the beetles.
Well done to Karl for the fastest mini of the day, even with a suspected lectrical fault onb one engine 11.9 sec.
Also John Haston for a good 12.4 sec again with electrical problems.
Paul Wiggington had a poor start with alot of misfire with the engine under load, but on investigation it was a weeping head gasket so thought that was it for the day, but double checked the head bolts and found they were all a tad loose, so torqued them up and hay presto success 13.4 sec, so well done the car's back on form.
Roll on Avon & hope verybody has their car's in tip top shape.
