I manged to fit the rs turbo one with a servo, allthough I dont have a dizzy On 15th May, 2009 TurboDave said:

wont it fit on the inner wing or anything on that side? Previous Engine: 1040cc Morespeed engine, 1275 turbo head T2 Turbo Mirage Manifolds Megajolt

He has, but if i remember rightly he's removed the bonnet slam panel/crossmember thingy ...

I use a dissy cap off a maestro, it is a side exit cap. Gives me space at the front for the RS intercooler. With the grill on.

Yes Jon's innerwings are cut out but that has nothing to do with making space for the intercooler, i use a series 1 Rs turbo item unlike the more popular S2 version. Go for a S2 as they have proved to be more efficient.

Yeah but isnt your oil cooler in the inner wing? Makes space for other things then....

It does make life alot easier for changing clutches etc, yes my oil cooler juts under the drivers side partially. 5KG less weight to! On 21st Jan, 2011 fastcarl said:

Think im loosing the front end completely after this year! Do enjoy working on a flip front car more!

seconded, getting access to the dizzy with a 1 piece front hurts my back :( turbo 16v k-series 11.9@118.9 :)
