As I am on a tight timescale to get my mini restored I am going to refurbish as many components as possible before taking the car off the road after london to brighton to sort the bodywork out.

I need a front subframe (already have the rear) to recondition before swapping it onto the restored bodyshell.

I will be able to return a good conditon subframe to the lender once I have taken the existing one off.

I will travel around 50 miles to collect and I am based Near Salisbury in Dorset.

Rather an odd request I know, but thanks anyway.

Thanks very much for the offers, but i've just had a good look underneath the car and the subframe is so tidy and clean a quick lick of paint will bring it sound again without the wire brushing I feared
