Can anyone tell me what size and length of hosing do i need to fit a dump valve? Length and breadth? Also the small hose that comes off the top and goes to the inlet manifold?

Also wheres the best place to buy them?

Many thanks

Sold the turbo and seeing what the C20XE can do!

Near Lincoln

a small piece of 1" for the main bit

and some 5 or 6mm for the vacuum bit.

i used 4" of the 1" dia stuff at most and maybe 12" of the 5/6mm stuff.

it depends a bit on your setup.

Some suit a 90 degree bend in the 1" hose to help clear the bonnet but i;ve always put my DV takeoff's in horizontal, bit more work but looks a lot neater.

Cheers mate, thats spot on. Perfect. :) Yeah, i too prefer the dump valve horizontal and not with a bend in the pipe.

You reckon that 2.5" long would be ok for the dump valve? Just that i can get a bit designed for dump valves for £4.lol.

well the metal of my DV and Plenum are touching near enough so it only needs to be long enough to seal on each.

i would of thought 2.5" would be fine.
