Currently I have almost everything I need for my turbo engine however i do not have a distributor. Can i use the distributor i have from my 998 and the distributor cap from a metro turbo?

Or am i compleatly missing the point ???

Sold the turbo and seeing what the C20XE can do!

Missing the point a shade mate, you need the correct advance curve, this is controlled via the springs and weights in the dizzy itself. The cap is irrelavent, just needs to be the right one for the dizzy.

You could get it idling ok on a normal dizzy but couldnt really put it under any power as you risk melting pistons etc.

Somebody im sure will elaborate further *smiley*

Get on to ebay straight there is an electronic turbo distributor on it just making ?20 at the moment.

Bargain.
