I would like one that I can get my engine running in the garage with, so as long as it works i'm not fussed what it looks like. The car breakers and scrap yards are useless round here for stuff like that.

Any pump from an injection car will do the job for you mate.

hhmm i have a pump off a espace im using. was wandering then if its too powerfull for the regulator. its not set up yet but sometime i start my car i have to turn pump off and then when the cars running i flick pump on and car sometimes dies so i have drive down road bit first only sometimes it does this. could the pump be to powerfull or is it where its not really set up well at mo, but on idle i set up the mixture ok? sorry to change the subject on the post but its kinda similar i guess |

I had the same problem, on start up (only when warm) the engine would die when I switched the pump on!

know what you mean about smelling of fuel matty. Like Jfs metro I've got 2 facets and a strange filter arrangement. I think mine is at 5psi on tickover. It was explained why....but I forgot as normal On 19th Jan, 2010 wil_h said:
