Exhaust manifold (Metro, Mirage or other)
Inlet manifold
Turbo Carb
Plenum
Intercooler (optional)
Hige pressure fuel pump
Fuel pressure regulator
Fuel return Pipe
Turbo oil feed
lightened flywheel
turbo clutch plate
t2 turbo
+20 rebore or +40 not 100% sure what it needs yet
pistons
turbo cam
duplex chain
new cam followers
double valve springs

Welcome, just been reading your post on minifinity. LOl

Not sure whats still up for sale, but this link may help with some parts.

If the budget will allow I would recommend buying the following new just for peice of mind.

Fuel pressure regulator
Fuel Pump
Return fuel line (cheap so may aswell get new)
Turbo oil feed ( Not worth risking buying a used one)
Clutch plate ( Not expensive new)
