G'day all, i sent mini mania an e-mail 2 weeks ago asking about dampener selection and i still havnt had a reply yet so... im after a replacement dampener for my 78 clubman that i can mount a trigger wheel to for megajolt, there are a few here i just dont know which one is right for me, any advice is appreciated.

I would not choose any of them. The S pulley/damper is easy to machine as a trigger and is told to be the best of the original A series dampers.

I agree,

as the S damper has 4 bolts holding it on its easier to bolt it down on a index table.*smiley*

ahh ok, do they still make S dampers or will i hav to buy one second hand? if so do you know a good place to get one?

The original S single V pulley it bolts on to, but not the one that's on 850s and similar. That's made of pressed steel and worth jack shit to be honest.
