The Boom Boom speaker Police!

I have just got my car back together again, but it looks like the piston rings are shot. The engine is breathing very heavily and there is smoke coming from the breathers quite rapidly.

This is on top of the timing gear issue!!

What should I do? I wouldn't feel comfortable doing these myself. Does anyone know someone that could help me out?

In the 13's at last!.. Just
