Any one got plans for the internal gear change for the remote rod setup? I am having bucket seats fitted and im scared i wont be able to reach for 1st gear! I need to take the remote bit back a bit just to help! Any one done this to their mini? Im guessin i need couplings from the bottm of the gearbox. Pics ofthe coupling and the inboard setup will help

Jimster how do you connect the Rod to the Box?? Are you still using standard? And do the Miglia Boys use anything else easier to remove?

I still use a roll pin through my box, as do some of the miglia guys, although som have drilled and tapped there linkage and use a bolt. On 15th May, 2009 TurboDave said:

Ive had enough of holes on me mini!!!! Had to fix me roof!!!!! Id use a gaitr of some kind, not much linear movement so coud get away.......I think? Back once again like a renegade master |
