yes its the same van, got it back from paint on Friday with no windows, rear doors, door handles etc etc.

spent all weekend cleaning and fitting crome, door seals, windows, rear doors etc

its no shed anymore but i cant change my name now.

that looks so good, a lovely little sleeper. Must have taken a fair amount of work to get it back to that standard.

Will performance still be the same? And how are you getting around the issues of heat soak and fuel evaporation as you don't have the bonnet raised anymore and there's no holes in the front.

same old engine, had to have the bonnet closed properly for the look but shouldnt have too many problems.

i did like the rat look, suprised quite a lot of cars. they pull up along side and think "i dont want to get stuck behind that" so give it some off the lights and end up still behind it!!

the dropping doors, leaking seals and rapidly increasing rust forced the work.

still goning to be a sleeper

Jim, i couldnt sell it as it cost more than its worth and its the only mini i've ever had with a nice paint job
