Just wondering if anyone has fitted a 4wd cossie intercooler with a side mounted rad in a round nose?

yup, same here.
just in front of plug leads.
all Steel front, steel bonnet.
only mod was to open out the hole left by the fresh air heater intake ducting in the flitch panel, a wee bit.
