I've been running the metro on 10psi for about 1000 miles now and the engines still in one piece.
So had a bit on a fiddle today*wink* and cable tied a bleed tap to the gear stick.
Went out for a little test run and got stuck behind this 55 reg Merc who was behind a sunday driver*evil*
Anyhow the Merc went for it and so did I,was losing ground on him at 10 psi so wound it up to 15psi and reeled him in,not sure of speed(well I am but not saying) but 7k in 3rd on 185/60/13s with 3.1 diff.
Quick google on the merc 5 litre 318Bhp*tongue*

Sound like Benross now !

Had a similar run in with an AMG C32 jsut before i took the mini off the road, the chap ignored me for a good while when we both got caught up in traffic(him behind me, naturally), but he eventually looked over and gave a thumbs up :) turbo minis FTW :)

turbo 16v k-series 11.9@118.9 :)
