Just put a s/c input gear on the new box, so twiddled with the selector shaft, locked it in 1st and 4th, tightened the badboy up, took it out of 1st, but it wouldnt come out of 4th....

Sometimes they just get bound up against the shaft; and need a set of mole-grips on the selector shaft (for a good purchase) to be given a sharp tug.

the bell crank lever has jammed were the lever and slector join on the lobe, quiet common when locking up the box,
always looking for them bigger bunches of bannanas |

Cheers guys, am i right in thinking its the middle one that needs pushing over a littte to allow the 4th gear selector to come back?
