London.

Ill try explain this best i can.
To start of with.
Im setting up my oil pressure gauge,
Inplace of my old pressure gauge.

This is a pic of the manual.

First of, the old pressure gauge had this pipe attacted to it, with oil going though the pipe to the gauge.

I take it i use the same pipe that has oil going though it, and connected it to the pressure sender, as it dont say how to in the manual,
So if i connect it. it should look like this right ?

It dont screw right the way in, but can be tight enough on about 3 freds. would that be ok, wont leak would it.

then it says connected wire - from the gauge, to the engine for grounding.
what sort of wire do i use, and where on the engine to i connect it.

then it says to connected + on the gauge, to ignition switch, errm, how do i do that ?

then you have the power supply. again connect black wire to engine ground, does it really have to be connected to the engine ? then it says connect red wire to 12v source. the wires i used before, they are light bulbs, which were used for the old gauges. can i use them wires in anyway? there black and red.

Im not great with wires, so if someone knows about this stuff, be greatfull if you could help us out :) thanks alot..

--> Correct!

It dont screw right the way in, but can be tight enough on about 3 freds. would that be ok, wont leak would it.

--> Probably won't leak, the tread is tapered so it won't leak (also the reason that it can't be tightened more than 3 freds)

then it says connected wire - from the gauge, to the engine for grounding.
what sort of wire do i use, and where on the engine to i connect it.

--> 1 or 1.5 mm2 wire is sufficient. Just connect it to the place the earth strap is connected to the engine (usually the right hand engine stabiliser mounting above the clutch. You'll probably get away with connecting the wire to any black wire in the wiring loom as well.

then it says to connected + on the gauge, to ignition switch, errm, how do i do that ?

--> the ignition switch switches power to the green and white wire on your fuse box, so you should connect the + terminal from the gauge to one of those wires. Use an extra fuse to protect the new circuit.

then you have the power supply. again connect black wire to engine ground

--> just connect the black wire to the body (make sure to make a good connection by scraping away a bit of paint)

then it says connect red wire to 12v source. the wires i used before, they are light bulbs, which were used for the old gauges. can i use them wires in anyway? there black and red.

--> finally connect the red wire to the red wire from the bulb previously used and eveything should be working
