My car is a std metro turbo.

Ill be running boost from 4 up to 10 psi, I wont be going over 10.
I know it's said that going over 10 psi means your have to change To a pre verto. but would it be ok to keep the the verto and just Ugrade the clutch ?

If you have a genuine 'turbo' cover, and use the AP organic race/rally friction disc, you will probably be ok.

If you had an uprated head, modified turbo, etc, then you would be at - and probably over - the capability of the Verto.
