Touch wood, I have been very lucky with things not going wrong with the car.

My car developed a realy noisey transmission after the race through the paddock, I did not notice any such noise in the race so maybe it did happen after the the race, that is the lucky bit!

On dropping the oil a SC gear tooth dropped out so engine staight out.

Turns out it is the Idler gear lost a tooth, snapped clean off right on the one that has an oil feed hole so maybe that made a weak point.

So if anyone has a 30 tooth SC idler hanging around get in touch, JKD ofcourse!!

Would post a pic but just use your imagination!

I will not disclose the Bannana count but is very high given it only runs about 6/7 psi....

The breakage is due to the hard changes a race car's transmission gets rather than brute power.

Found out Minispeed do JKD gears, if only they would answer the phone.

I know :p

Suffice to say for the very restrictive specs allowed by the race series the power output is very healthy indeed!
