Anyone got any tips on how to get the studs off on my inlet manifold. and does it unscrew the same way as the arrows pointing, cheers lads.

double nut the studs and tighten them well up !

now use a spanner on the bottom nut ane unscrew anti clocwise looking at it from the end of the stud

a little heat will help if they are stubborn
