Minispares are currently out of stock of their SCCR gear sets and 4 pin diff so was thinking of going for the Min-its one.

Any one had any experience with these. I believe they are the old Tran x design.

Also does anyone know what baulk rings they use and how many bearings on the layshaft?

i personally got allot of time for min-it they are very helpfull full of friendly advice and sell you exactly what you want

i run a min-its gearset, hoggy built the box for me and said it was nicely made and a nice fit

if you contact minispares north and get a clubman set they will sell you a 4 pin diff they have a few left *wink*

tey are due in wednesday

it will be months befor they can sort the planet gears re manufacure

ask for richard and tel him steve said ........lol

i phoned minispares north and richard told me he had no sc gear sets in!
that was thursday!

Yes I spoke to Richard on Saturday and he said they had no gear sets in and the diffs were due in next week, but he did say "I'll beleive it when I see it".

The Min-Its stuff is top quality. I'd go as far as to say the best. I always use their stuff and they have never once let me down ..... good prices too!!!!
