After years of wanting one of my own, and having used Endaf Owen's Dynasty 200DX when we finished the build-up of the worlds first ever turbo BMW A-series *wink* I have finally purchased the exact same model for myself.

Actually got it from this guy:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...em=130111127204
Along with an expensive welding mask to replace the junky one I purchased some time ago.

So let's figure this out:

Exhaust manifold design:
Check

Exhaust manifold 304 flanges:
Check

Exhaust manifold 321 stainless bends:
Check

347 filler rod:
Check

SolarfluxB for the stainless welding:
Check

Jig for fabricating the exhaust manifold:
Check.

Intake manifold flanges:
Check

Intake manifold Runners and mandrel bends:
Check

IGES for injector holder bosses in intake (to be made locally):
Check

Plenum tube:
Check

etc......
Check

The skills and knowledge of using a Dynast 200DX to its full potential:
Nope

*laughing*

Thanks for the tip Dave.

I've been wondering how I'm going to get a clean inside weld without the complication of back purging.
