In the garage......again!!

I have a connection in the up pipe from the turbo, really low down, who knows what it connects to or what i can use it for?, also, where does the pipe coming from the actuator connect to?.

one side of it goes to the actuator, the other side goes the boost solenoid, if you're not using the ECU/solenoid then blank one of them off.
