Could be useful if you wanted to run two different types of fuel I suppose. And if you wanted a tamer setup for the road and one for racing. To be fair though, like you, above and beyond what i need! There is no sense crying over every mistake- you just keep on trying til you run out of cake. |

yeah i was thinking one set up for eco road use another for harder track / 1/4 mile use⦠but to be fair if it was me it would always be in the latter setting. :) Edited by MarkGTT on 23rd May, 2007. |

I just meant that for road use you may want a bit more retardation to ensure prevention of detonation, whereas a race engine may try to risk it. And I said about the fuels There is no sense crying over every mistake- you just keep on trying til you run out of cake. |

Low boost will just work in a different part of the same map. Thats the beauty of mapped ignition........

I know what you mean... a friend of mine had his newly rebuild engine trashed by some valet parking wanker at some hotel. The dude floored it a couple of times with a cold engine late at night to show off.
