Yep its OK, run a sharp stanley round it to get rid of the perished bit on the surface.

Dont let me put you off using it, but I had an S damper on mine in similar condition, which at 8000+ revs exploded and went right through my bonnet 2 days before a photoshoot a few years ago.
I seriously doubt it! |

Sorry Neil, like I said it was over 8000 rpm, turbos dont rev that high so should be OK.
I seriously doubt it! |
