Just starting the obligatory Avon thread really. Maybe this year will be the K1100 heads year.

I went to see the class A winner and second place cars for the last 3 or 4 years last weekend. the winning times for last year was 15.4. Both are trying as hard as ever to go faster this year.

Any one know anything about this? Is it a contender?

woohoo! i've got a car in one piece too!!

just another session on the RR and it will be there.

no class D though as i havent got time to sort the mot bits with moving house.

still we'll have to see what it can do. will most likely be the first time driving the car so hopefully some vast improvements can be made over the weekend!!!

Why can't you go in class D then Iain? You don't have to show an MOT cert to get in do you???

Tom's right. stick some plates on it and as long as all the lights work and it could be a road car, what's the problem?

thats the thing, have no working lights or handbrake. thats all that i need to do for the mot.

Will have the correct tyres etc and basically everything for class D apart from them!

Even got some numberplates!

I thought they checked for a tax disc?

Basically i didnt want to annoy anyone for being in class D thats all even though bar minor details it would be the same with an MOT.

thats why i thought keep it simple, go in whatever class, its the times that count on road tyres as the difference in weight is going to be fuck all really.

i'm not too fussed about a plastic cup! *smiley*
