Standard rockers and pushrods in good condition will be fine. With that head, a decent cam, intercooler and a decent build up you should get around the 130hp mark on your proposed boost.

i use the avonbar ph2 personally but a lot of people have said how good the MG metro n/a cam is, i'd go with it if you've already got one and use the 壣 saved for an x pin diff. On 20th Oct, 2015 Tom Fenton said:

MG Metro cam is going to give you a bit less in the power department than a phase2 but will drive nicely, which to my mind for a road engine is far more important. Every day is a school day ...........

I'd also measure your head to check the cc's are what you think. Mistakes have been made in the past. On 15th May, 2009 TurboDave said:
