Get the minispares li-lift springs and you won't have a problem with they typical cams we run.

yep, 180 is all i went for... not sure about the effect of backpressure in the exhaust, and boost pressure in the inlet trying to open the valves (hence reducing the 'poundage' of the springs however - we'll have to see on that one! On 17th Nov, 2014 Tom Fenton said:

I am using exactly this springs with 1,5 rockers and never had any problems with it! (max. revs I am using: 6500) Bimmer Twinky headed and turboed A-Series:
