It sounds like something is either caught in the mechanism or something is binding inside the engine. Get who ever built your engine to pull it apart and tighten up what ever has come lose! |

Check the battery and see, check the ignition system and all other bits before you blitz MED. Its more likely something else other than their fault! Besides theyre not open on sundays, you have the whole day to figure out what it might be

i'll have a look at the flywheel the rotor arm in the dizzy spins, and the engine turns over. Start motor looks alright. Really pissed off now. Anything timing wise i should be looking at? What would corse the bottom pully not to turn? |

It should still run if the pulley key had gone. Although it would soon overheat.

I would take the starter off again put the engine in gear and see if you can spin the flywheel by hand (use a flat peice of bar in tooth)....if it turns and the car doesn't move you have your problem!! I wouldn't be to brutal with it if its loose enough for the enigne not to turn over then it should be reasonably easy to move! https://www.facebook.com/pages/Fusion-Fabri..._homepage_panel

If the key is missing from the pulley end and the pulley is not turning properly there is a good chance that the cam is also not turning and they share the same woodruff key.

Even if the cam is going round it may have slipped so it not timed up properly |
